The basics

By buying from Dirt Rich Tees you agree to these terms. We may update them occasionally — the version live on the site at the time of your order applies.

Products and pricing

• All products are printed to order. Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
• Prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude shipping, which is calculated at checkout.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Orders and fulfilment

• Production takes 2–5 business days; delivery times are estimates (see Shipping Policy).
• We may cancel and refund any order in cases of suspected fraud or stock/fulfilment issues.

Intellectual property

All designs, text and branding on this site are the property of Dirt Rich Tees. Don't reproduce or sell them without permission.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site (no hacking, scraping, or fraudulent orders). We'll refuse service to anyone who does.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
